For years, I tried to survive by shutting down the very thing that made me who I am.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply sensitive.
Even as a child, I could feel things most people around me couldn’t fully explain.
Energy.
Emotion.
The unspoken things beneath the surface.But instead of feeling safe in that sensitivity… I learned to suppress it.

So over time, I disconnected from myself.
